Why did you start using Happily.ai?

I was looking for more insight into the health and engagement of our employees. I've been really surprised at the level of analytics that you could pull out. And then also the AI coach, sometimes when it's like they really hit the nail on the head. Like they know me.

What was the result of using Happily.ai?

We all probably give enough recognition, but with Happily.ai it really made me think about it on a daily basis. What I'm observing is the amount of appreciation that's going on, people are really taking the time to recognize other people, which builds a really positive atmosphere. The level of analytics you can pull out is fantastic. I was so surprised at for some people, how open they are about how they're feeling, if they're struggling. Where I might've been guessing before, there's no guessing now. They've told us in the app. For some people, they're more comfortable saying that kind of thing within Happily.ai than they are telling you directly, and that's feedback we wouldn't otherwise be getting.
