Why did you start using Happily.ai?

We've been clients of Happily.ai for about four years now. At the time we were coming out of COVID and a lot of the team were working remotely, and we really wanted a way to still keep in regular communication and get feedback from how our team were doing.I personally had been the co-chair of the AmCham HR committee for about nine years. After years of looking at different options, Happily just ticked every box for us.

We were really impressed with the agility of the tool and really the simplification of how we can get quick feedback and the visual management systems that alerted us to potential issues and areas where we were doing as well. As we grew our business, it was more difficult than ever to have those really impactful conversations with the team. Being able to get a lot of rich information, not just the data point, was also very important for us.

We can't even begin to calculate the ROI, it's been beyond measure, very cost effective. We did a culture change and it really fed in perfectly and dovetailed with what we were trying to achieve there right at the right time.
