Having a culture that promotes happiness and promotes wellbeing in a school is critical. So when we found Happily.ai, it was a very interactive piece of technology that can create a progressive structure for our core values to become much more top of mind. The ability to give peer recognition to each other and for people to see it on a daily basis.
